1. HeresMyAccount is just too lazy to change his forum nickname or
2. He really is a new user, but he has rep-boosting bots that fabricate positive rep points for him, even though he only joined the GOG family yesterday(and faked his "member since" date). I know this blows the lid off a massive conspiracy, but then again I did feel like I had to give a good reason for banning someone today.
