I find it hard to believe when we're generally told NOT to tell anyone until after it's live on the site. It also makes the countdown rather pointless, don't you think? (It's also not the first time that something has been "leaked" to the net ahead of time).

As far as the sales world is concerned, the more dollars made the better the game was... thats why there is so many terrible games out there.

I am genuinely surprised that these are $6.
Now...will we ever see them on sale like we don't see on Steam?
Arcanum is one of the greatest RPGs, IMO. Woot. More Sierra.

I am shocked. I wasn't expecting Activision with what appears to be total abandonment of the PC market by them.
There are many great games that could be released.
As for the first two. Arcanum is still one of my favourite RPGs of all time and perhaps one day I will buy it again. Still have the disc and all.
GK I was never into it, but I know it is a great game.
I would love to know what titles are next.

But they're also willing to squeeze out every single cent from their IPs, so.. Call it a conflict of interest? ;P

Might be because jumping a countdown is a dick move designed to steal attention from the item of news to the conveyor of news. Thats IF it was genuinely intended like that.
It can be done though heady enthusiasm and not thinking about how much of a selfish cunt you're being. I did it myself when I posted the box art from KOTOR on Forcematch the day before the reveal and I felt and still do feel embarassed about doing it
All that aside, what extras do you think we'll get with these 2 games that will be SUCH a surprise? We have an hour to practice our shocked and amazed expression and guess what additional materials there'll be
I think we'll get a soundtrack, wallpapers and avatars with Arcanum (I think the manual goes without saying)

The wait for Mechwarrior and heavy gear has started....
