Hey, I was trying to buy fallout 2 with my visa gift card, and whenever I try to buy the game, I enter all my information correctly, and it says when i click the button to pay:
"There was a problem processing your payment and you will not be billed at this time. Your order was not cancelled and you can always click on the „Retry payment” button to try again. If after multiple tries you still will not be able to complete this order we recommend contacting your bank."
could you guys please fix this?
Do you have enough money on the gift card?

nope, delaware, no sales tax.... plus it's supposed to include all those taxes in the price shown

A lot of times the processing company will add a quick small "hold" to the card to verify the number and confirm it's legit (hold in the amount of .25 or $1, etc). This could be reducing the available balance to below 5.99 even though nothing is actually being charged.

I just read all the fine print that came with the card and it had absolutely nothing like this documented on the card website or the pamphlet that came with the card.
it's a shame too because i was considering getting another gift card to get OFP with, but if GOG can't fix this, why bother.

I'm sorry that you've had so much trouble with this.
Please raise such problems with support.
We can't try to help you personally on a public forum.
We can look at your attempted transactions and help understand the problem and look for a solution
I get the same problem with my visa card. I called my credit card company; apparently because the server is hosted over seas, they thought it was fraud and they cut off my credit card until I called them back.

i called my card issuer, they said they did not have any record of transaction on the card.... from this site... nor did they say the site was blacklisted. Looks like it's gog's problem.
I've actually had a bit of an issue with a prepaid visa card. It has money on it and has worked on other sites, but I can't get it to work here.
However I have already sent an email to support asking about it. Not sure if it is User Error or just the card in general...
Some sites only approve "real" visa (STEAM! You son of a...) and some sites (gog! Great thing you did!) accept "lesser" visa cards like Visa Electron (what i have). Visa is Credit/debit/bank/etc, etc, card, what basicly means you have credit. Electron is only Bank card so you don't have any credit, but you can pay from your own bank account. I think it is up to bank, how well you can use these gift and prepaid visa cards.
