I saw this and instantly took a deep breath and loudly said, "Oh, no!"

I am so sorry to hear this. He was a nice guy and I liked his reviews on Gamespot.

This is a good reminder to live each day like it could be our last one because we never do know. He was so young.

I felt a little weird when i read it and compared it to losing a friend. I never met him in person and only watched him on Giantbomb or listened to him on the bombcast.

But, it seems like I'm not the only one that feels this way.

He will be missed. Greatly.

Yeah, I know how you feel. It does feel like a friend is lost. Just imagine how much worse his "actual" friends and family feel. He was so well-liked. Really ruined my day waking up to this.

Fuck. I have followed this guy for years. I listen to giantbombcast every week. I love it. Ryan Davis is awesome. So sad that it happened when he was so young and just after getting married. Tragic. RIP and love to his friends and family :(

Sad news indeed. I remember him from the old crew from Gamespot - Rich Gallup, Jeff Gerstmann and Ryan Davis. Fun times.

His father has said on twitter he died of "natural causes."
