I'm trying to find a public changelog for the GOG GALAXY client, but can't seem to find one. Is there a changelog available?

The GOG Galaxy changelog has been taken down. It was infrequently updated and I guess in the end they just gave up on it, just like they did with the bug tracker.
Here's a screenshot of the changelog for the past 3 versions. If you have GOG Galaxy installed, you can simply click the cogwheel in the top left and choose Changelog from the menu.
