I want to turn on cloud sync in GOG Galaxy for Icewind Dale Enhanced Edition but the option is greyed out and can't be selected. Strangely it is only happening with this game. Any ideas?

That's because the game doesn't support them: always check the game page; you can see if a game supports a feature or not by going on the product details and then game features.

Really? That's so weird, because Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 both support cloud sync and they are effectively the same games. I could've sworn that IWDEE used to support this - I've certainly got some really old saves that somehow made it across computers. So weird.

If you want to spend some time, try to contact support and tell them where the saves are located, but I won't count on that
