PS 4 games Diablo III: Eternal Collection and Eve: Valkyrie are not showing up in my library. These are not new games, and everything is synced up properly otherwise as far as recent PS4 activity to include more recently purchased games.

It shouldn't be a problem. There are a lot of GOG and non-GOG titles with colons and other non-alphanumeric characters in them (I even have a few with emoji titles, specifically to check if they work :) ). This sounds more like an issue with the PS4 integration or our games database.
