I really like the idea of Galaxy 2.0... but i want the old launcher back. I do not want this new design award winning nonsense that hogs system resources just to look pretty. And i don't even think it looks pretty.

Can we please get something simple and functional? I have had 3 crashes and the uninstall doesn't work properly in this new Galaxy 2.0

My old client tells me its out of date and i need to update and it gets me this beta version that keeps crashing.

I am all for the 2.0 functionality. I actually was looking forward to that, but i want to go back to the old launcher. Please let me go back to the old launcher. Could you maybe design it in such a fashion that you use the old launcher as basis and just offer the new designs as skins? So those of us that do not want or need skins could simply opt out of the "looking pretty" part?

Seriously, this also annoys me about the Steam client to no end, but at least they have a "basic" function. So, pretty please.. don't force this design crap on me. Let me go back to a simple, functional launcher without bells and whistles.. something that is stable and doesn't crash.
