Hello,

I am trying to take care of an issue with Galaxy but all Galaxy chat page will do is open an old ticket. It won't let me enter a new ticket at all.

What I need help with is the following:

I would like to use Galaxy but it keeps asking me for my password even the day after I reset it. It simply won't accept my password. It just keeps re-opening the window that asks for my password.

Can anybody help?

Using a web browser,
1. Log out.
2. Clear all browser cookies for gog.com and zendesk.com
3. Follow these directions for creating a support ticket via chatbot

If that doesn't help,
• Try directly e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com
• If you don't mind tinkering with a browser add-on, you can use the old contact form with a user style.

1. Make sure your password is correct. The best way to do this is using a secure password manager application that copies the password to the clipboard for you.
2. There could be a network problem of some kind.
• Make sure the GOG Galaxy executables have Internet access.
Disable IPv6, Set DNS to Cloudflare ("Setup on PC" near the bottom), then restart your system.
