Hiya! I'm just encountering a strange issue where my downloads just seem to have frozen; I've tried fully shutting down galaxy and starting it up again, resetting my machine and so on; but it just seems like one of my games' updates is stuck at 0% and at 'deleting', and I can't download or update anything else. I'm pretty certain Galaxy is online, since I can access the store. Rearranging the queue doesn't seem to help, cancelling it doesn't seem to work at all; and the option to clear is greyed out.

I'm sorry if this is vague! I'm not sure what the exact issue is, so I've been having trouble diagnosing the issue myself!
