It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

1) trying to add games to download cue, but after I hit "install" nothing happens. Hit "install" again... nothing happens

2) tried to remove games from download cue (thought maybe there was a cap to the number of games allowed in cue), but hitting "x" (cancel) does nothing. Cannot remove games from cue.

3) tried to see if a Galaxy update was available. Galaxy has been searching for updates for over 15 minutes... and is still searching.

Tried restarting computer. All issues still present.

Any ideas?

1) Make sure GOG Galaxy is allowed Internet access in your firewall and/or router. Note that there are multiple executables, spread across two folders. At the very least you need to whitelist the ones listed in GOG GALAXY doesn't track my game time - GOG Support Center.

2) You can try starting over with a fresh database and see if that helps. While GOG Galaxy isn't running, start File Explorer, and enter %ALLUSERSPROFILE% into the address bar. Move the GOG.com to the desktop. If I'm not mistaken, the specific file that records the download queue is ...\GOG.com\Galaxy\storage\jobs.db so you can try first moving just that file.

3) Manually checking for updates has never worked for me. You can find the full installer here. You can also click the cogwheel, choose Settings, then General. In there, you can check "Be the first to try out new features...". If you're missing a so-called experimental update, you should get the prompt fairly quickly (<30 min. after startup).
