Some games like Huniepop, end up in the highlights, now sure games like this float someones boat, but not mine, is there a way to just remove em from view? Steam bombarded me enough with this in the past, to the point i blocked the lot of it..

Now GOG does it.. and it will only get worse from this point onwards.. please put them in a category we can permanently remove from view.

Sounds sensible, since you can hide games from your collection of owned items. There are a number of wishes about this in the community wishlist.
