I really want to integrate all my accounts together. At first I integrated Steam and GOG and for a time it worked, until GOG decided not to. When I want to reintegrate GOG and Steam, I am stuck in endless connection, until integration process simply gives up at some point (usually after 5 minutes).
As for EA, I also integrated these two profiles and for a time it also worked, until again GOG decided that everything is too much in order. I still have EA icons and games in library, but every time I try to integrate my profiles I encounter even bigger problem. In order to confirm the account I want to integrate, I need to do a login. Problem is GOG doesn't recognize my EA login claiming that username or password are incorrect. I verified multiple times by login on EA app and EA website and it worked flawlessly, meaning this is problem on GOG part.
As if that wasn't enough, GOG decided not to load icons and images in my library so some games either miss thumbnail (Witcher 2, World in Conflict) or thumbnail and background image in most cases (Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, Konung: Legend of the North). To say I am annoyed by that would be an understatement. And to make it perfectly clear, I had some problem with my PC, so I had to remove everything and install Windows. I literally started my computer from scratch. This problem persists even after that.
I don't really need integration that much, although I would love to have it, but having no thumbnail and being forced into a list is unacceptable and I want it fixed.

I kinda agree. If people have to fix the broken integration file by telling people to edit their files, why bother having the broken versions listed in the program itself? Even if they're listed as "Community integrations", the GOG team should still make sure to update them.

And then they have the gall to ask people to pay twice for a better version of Cyperpunk? :)
(yes, I know it's not the developers fault the management fuck things up, but considering they've done it since the original The Witcher, I'm starting to think CD Project isnt any better than companies like EA, ABK or even Unity)

Since you need to have the other platforms installed to play the games anyways, I find it redundant to bother making these connection work anymore, and I use gog galaxy purely for gog games

If there's been one overriding, often recurring theme in this forum, it's that some integration or another is always broken, causing issues, or waiting to be updated. Do yourself a favor and don't use Galaxy for you're all-in-one launcher. It's incredibly mediocre and woefully unsupported given the alternatives. It took me a couple years to stop bothering and it's a much nicer experience without it.

I am done with integration. It apparently doesn't work and I can get over it. But I can not get over the fact that displaying images and titles of my games don't work and I am forced to use a list. This is unacceptable and I assume this has something to do with integration because it didn't exist until GOG decided it doesn't want to work with my EA app to the point it claims my EA account doesn't exist.
