So i downloaded gog galaxy and i click on it and it doesn't open all i see is my mouse loading then it stops and nothing happens so i tried reinstalling it and it did the same thing i even switched the compatibility mode and still does the same thing what should i do?

Are you on Windows 7? If so, the most recent update doesn't work on 7, you'll need to install a previous version and disable updates until/if this issue is fixed.

I'm having this problem since 2 weeks now. I'm on win 10, seems to load, the procces shows on the task manager but doesnt launch.

Servers must be down mine the same. No games are syncing either.

Black Window appearing, says somehting like this (translated):
Error occured, please click here to login at GOG Galaxy

But there is nothing to click.
No Windows 7 Problem here. Windows 10 is running.

Same here guys! Im glad im not the only one. This is what i get when i try to open gog.

Btw was working just fine since i was playing witcher 3. Closed the game, gog couldnt synch. Restarted gog and boom, cannot open it anymore. I even restarted my pc but nothing, then tried to uninstall/reinstall (by deleting the related folders too) but still nothing.

Same with the french label "Oups! Un problème est survenu. Cliquez ici pour vous connecter à GOG Galaxy" and nothing to click

For me, it was working fine last night when I played Gwent. Now, it ain't working.

Same problem here. I'm on Windows 7, can't open Galaxy, I'm getting "oops something went wrong" error. Is there an instruction somewhere on installing an older version and disabling updates? Everything was working fine as of 3 days ago...

Same here. I was logouted from game and, after restart GOG, Ive seen this black screen

same issue here, for fun I ran the gog launcher as admin, it lets you at least enter user/password but just loops back to the same login page without showing the odd black screen

Yup, now it's stuck on the login. It makes you input your credentials but it doesn't ultimately let you log in.

OK Now i was able to get in :D
