Steam W3 version connected just fine, but W3GOTY from PS4 same issue

Experiencing the same issue with PSN. I was able to connect to EVERY other service but PSN. Of course PSN is where I have my W3GOTY.

I've also commented on the GitHub issue.

I´ve had this problem for months. Different PCs but the same problem_ "The connection to the server timed out."

I had 2-step verification in psn. I turned off and I am still not connected. It does not work
