Hello, does GOG galaxy app have some problem now? Because all my games suddenly ca"t sync with my saves( 0% sync) and every game starts very later, not immediately.

I tried one thing temporarily: Turn off sync saves in settings (Game features). It is helpful yet.

Do you see the error message about heavy load, like the one attached? I opened a support ticket on January 6th. It look 5 weeks to get a response. I last received a reply March 2nd.

Nothing relevant is showing as blocked in my firewall. Cloud sync starts and stops working without any settings changed on my end (it has worked less than 2 weeks total this year). Other people are reporting the same problem. The automated reply I got when I opened the support ticket even mentioned a cloud sync issue that was supposedly fixed a few days prior. Despite all of this, support insists they don't have a server problem and says I should uninstall my firewall. That's absurd and it's not going to happen.

I haven't noticed any slowness launching games though. It's not instantaneous, but it always took a moment or two, from what I recall.

what a pathetic bullshit
i hate this fucking platform. regret i bought any game here. ANY OTHER store platform just works...

Someone else said this can be caused by the Windows service LSASS.EXE not having Internet access. Others confirmed that fixed the problem for them. I've since decided I don't want cloud saves, so I never tested this myself.
