Ice_Mage: Do you see the error message about heavy load, like the one attached? I opened a support ticket on January 6th. It look 5 weeks to get a response. I last received a reply March 2nd.
Nothing relevant is showing as blocked in my firewall. Cloud sync starts and stops working without any settings changed on my end (it has worked less than 2 weeks total this year). Other people are reporting the same problem. The automated reply I got when I opened the support ticket even mentioned a cloud sync issue that was supposedly fixed a few days prior. Despite all of this, support insists they don't have a server problem and says I should uninstall my firewall. That's absurd and it's not going to happen.
I haven't noticed any slowness launching games though. It's not instantaneous, but it always took a moment or two, from what I recall.
Just two years later, heavy load still there...
i hate this fucking platform. regret i bought any game here. ANY OTHER store platform just works...
