Overlay looks very bad on GOG Galaxy, check my screenshot.
But here developers don't care, I report this but zero answer for my problem.

1st look at my overlay ... Galaxy works on top of the current game you are playing which in your case looks to be something inside a sandbox
2nd run a test of other games that use the same X&Y as your normal desktop rez i.e, 1080X760 desktop = try testing a game overlay that is also at 1080X760... if that fixes the issue then you know the error is your system Gpu and it needs a driver or perhaps adjustment of settings
3rd your thread is not going to get many answers because you asked the wrong questions in the wrong forum space
overlays are game forums i.e, each game has a different one so we need to know what game and offen what OS but adding your screenshot helped

I install on each system (win10/11) latest drivers for gpu.
On other launcher ex. Steam, Ubisoft Connect Overlay works preftect.

Try lowering your display both native and ingame to something less than its current 2k, restart your system and test if that rendors correct... If it does then your GPU is calculating it's 2k wrong
