Morbeous: Games that I have recently purchased are not showing in GOG 2.O

I have no idea why but have you tried un-link Steam account and then re-link it back again with Galaxy restart?
If it's not change anything then log out all sessions (Account Management > Login and Security > Logout All) and try re-linking procedure again.
