Okay so I tried to play today but my antivirus somehow deleted some dll files, so i tried to reinstall them BUT, it didn't worked... So i reinstalled the gog launcher keeping cyberpunk on the side AND, it deleted it so:

This launcher is crap, I'm really disapointed by this. Idk who got payed to make this launcher but god damn I'm sure I could do better with my feet.

I'm a bit confused by this one, GOG can't do anything about dodgy anti-virus software but other than that I have reinstalled GOG myself and find you basically don't lose anything, Cyberpunk 2077 would need to be installed again but it takes less than a minute since the content was still there..

gog doesnt delete any games when you remove the launcher and you should add the gog folder to your antivirus exception list if its detecting false positives and cant properly restore files it removed or put in quarantine
