I was sent a CD key after requesting it.. but now (i after i followed the instructions exactly) the multiplayer mode is telling me the CD key is banned.. please advise. I can still play single player mode.. but on every server i go to it tells me my CD key is banned. was i sent a bad key or is something else wrong?

It's possibly a bad set of keys. I believe this has happened a couple times before. As lonal said, just contact Support and they'll sort you out.
