So I went through the support section and filled out the support form, selecting "multiplayer key request" in the "I have a problem with:" drop-down menu. I entered a description as required, but when I click on "Send", it goes back to the main support page, without any confirmation that my support form went through.
Is this normal? Am I supposed to be getting some sort of confirmation message? If so, how do I go about getting a CD key if the support form doesn't work?
