So, I just installed NWN Diamond. After the problem with the game screen being mostly black apart from the character models, which I somehow fixed (don't ask me how) I now have to deal with the problem that my sorcerer turns mostly invisible, apart from the head, the hands and the feet, whenever I put on a robe.

What to do?

Win 7
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 4GB ram
AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core
8GB ram

Downgrade your NVidia driver until it works. This is a known issue with the most recent graphic driver. You may also be told you can just area transition and it'll come back, and it does, but it won't solve the issue as it'll only happen again.

According to dxdiag my current driver is 23.21.13.8813 How far down do I need to go?

Incidentally does this bug also affect armor? Otherwise I'll just play as a cleric?

Robes and cloaks for the most part.

That worked like a charm, thank you!
Just wanted to add a note from JeffreyBarnes, who posted in Goodaltgamer's link.

Nvidia fixed the problem, so you shouldn't need to downgrade. Upgrading should fix this.
