I'm trying to complete the quest about the Halueth Never's artifacts. Apparently, one of them was taken by someone named Giles (or is it Gilles?), who should be in Moonstone Mask, but I can't find him anywhere.
Does he disappear, once you return one of the artifacts to Oleff? If so, is there some way to get him to spawn? (debug/cheat codes included, game never ever suggested I look for him, so screw that, I want to finish the quest, one way or another)
Edit: Never mind, I returned all theee other artifacts, guess that's just some journal/scripting failure (the journal entry claims I only returned two, yet when I talk to Oleff, he thanks me for returning them all - that happened even after I found the way to spawn the Quill with console and had it in my inventory).
