It seems there is an issue when the installer wants to install some component (some sort of visual basic runtime package) where I have it already installed for another game - because the installer doesn't accept the "already installed" option it dies out and tried to re-download again.
Only installing manually does it actually install.

So much for the "new" way of doing things. I liked the old Manager/Downloader better - at least **that** worked!
I forgot to add:
Windows 10 x64 whatever is latests via windows updates (and those that know how MS works with their forced updates lol)
