I've allied myself to the city watch, and have been ordered to intercept the weapons shipment. However when I go to the back alley, the game thinks I am doing the quest for Moira's faction instead?! Also the warehouse supervisor is standing right at the start of the level, and talking to him finishes the quest immediately, without actually doing anything. What the heck is going on?!

I haven't done any work for Moira's gang, and the quest log shows that I am doing the missiojn for the city watch. So this is all pretty strange.

Any help fixing the quest via console would be appreciated.
