as per support page suggestion I'vve tried to download "premium module reinstaller" but I am getting nvn_KingmakerSetup.zip is that correct? Iam I literally supposed to reinstall KingsMaker?

Yes that is correct since it is the Neverwinter Nights Diamond Collection
Besides the official campaigns it contains (all in that nstaller too):
Kingmaker
Shadowguard
Witch's Wake
