Have messaged the support team for a cd-key 3 times now. I don't mind waiting a day or two (Even though I should have just gone to the store and bought the NWN Chest for $15 and got all my serials instantly).. What DOES bother me is that they haven't even emailed me...

Not even a copy+paste "We're sorry, we are working on getting you the CD-Key now" Nothing... Silence... Worst support team in history. I seriously wont be buying anything from this site again.

Have you been checking your spam folder ? Sometimes replies from GOG end up there.

Yep, have turned off my spam filters and have checked my email about 20 times over the last 4-5 days.. And even after a 3rd markedly aggressive email for a cd-key or just a response to when I can expect it, still no response. Even Square Enix wasn't this bad.

I still believe it takes them 2 to 5 business days to get CD Keys out; from 5 days ago it has only been 3 business days. Perhaps the biggest drawback of the distribution, but nothing patience doesn't resolve.

Be aware that the folks at GOG don't work weekends, so that can add some time to the turnaround on requests submitted near the end of a week.

I know that our support team guy just pulled an all-nighter last night clearing out some of the tickets that were outstanding. Let me know if you haven't gotten your key yet, please.
