Hi guys!

I'm actually running the official NWN campaign, and , in chapter 3, i'm stuck at the entrance of the wizard's dungeon. Basically, there is a portal in the middle of the grove, but it won't activate even if i step inside, and i cannot interact with it. I saw a video where basically the player automatically teleports into the dungeon after stepping on the portal, so i assume something is going wrong for me.


Anyone has ever encountered this issue and resolve it?

In order to activate the portal, you must have the teleportation scroll in your possessions. The teleportation scroll is given to you by Lillian at the Drinking House over at Beorunna's Well.

Did you talk to the scout at the start of the area? He tells you that wiz labs usually need some kind of wardstone or key to access them. Simply walking up to them usually isn't enough.
