Today i started the Witcher 2 and something scary greeted me.
Here we got geralt..without a part of his leggs and hands.

I already completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game (except the saves of course) and this does not seem to fix it.

have you updated your graphic drivers and the DirectX drivers?
Look, ma! No legs!
I did nothing except restarting the PC (doubt that would it effect somehow)
Try changing your trousers and gloves.

ah, so it worked 100% at one point?
what if you start a new game, legs still missing then?

That seems to work fine.
yet when i reloaded another save from a couple hours before the mess started its still the missing leggs.
ok, try an even earlier save then. to see if all your saves are affected
are you wearing the dlc clothes?
alchemy gloves, and mage trousers?

Yea i just bought some random crap from the vendor and it seems to be the DLC gear.
Now for some reason whatever i do it doesn't want to register the items anymore even when reapplying.
Ah well, the missing leggs are fixed so its all ok.
I told you from the outset to change your gloves and trousers :/

This Geralt would kick ass at jump rope. Try starting a new game and taking off your armor as others suggested - you can also try initiating dialogue/cutscene and I'd also like to go through an area transition, but this game seems to have few of those. Maybe try running through the mist if you can get to it from where you are.
vpmichael, his dlc is probably corrupt/missing.

Yeah, my bad... I didn't see that he had already resolved his issue. -______-

It seems that as sleep decreases so does reading comprehension. ">____<
