It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Kibou: For this guy, reverting from 11.6 to 11.5 fixed the problem:

If you can't get it to work with the most recent version, maybe give that one a try.
Not the same problem. OP has missing text, the one you linked has missing combat UI elements (targetting cursor).

pkwild618: Yes I did.
How about uninstalling and reinstalling DirectX 9?

I would suggest doing a clean install of the video drivers . Sometimes overwriting video drivers can cause some issues .
Reinstalled DirectX 9, didn't work.

I read the other posts and nowhere did i see clean install mentioned . However i will leave you to it .
I'm really sorry, didn't mean just reinstalling in my second post, but clean installing, however, it automatically removes old drivers before installing new ones.

Yeah i agree that it removes the old drivers but there are driver fragments left over that may interfere with new driver installs .

Do you use Driver Sweeper in safe mode after uninstalling the old drivers ? This is what i do with my Nvidia card .
Tried it also, didn't work.
Somebody? :P
