I've started this thread for players to put together recommendations on what new quests, story material and features can be realistically implemented in future DLC and Expansions.

For starters, I think we can all agree that the game could use more side quests in Act III. A common complaint is how the third Act was rather short, and while Loc Muinne was huge, and had plenty of great weapons and armor available to acquire, there wasn't much left to do after exploring the city and acquiring all this high-end equipment(Zerrakinment, Vran Sword, Addan Deith, Armor of Ysgith, Armor of Tir Na La, Draug Armor etc).

As such, I sincerely request CDP to include a few more side quests in Act III.

1) One story suggestion I have is an 'archaelogist' quest from some mage interested in the city's history, which would involve going underground and finding lost relics. Perhaps the possibility of rival expeditions sent by other mages or kings providing the opportunity for some great fights.

2) Another would be a quest that involves exploring the countryside around the city(via gates that are currently 'locked' i.e. map boundaries) to clear out monsters troubling the soldiers, maybe finding something useful in the process.

3) A third idea I have is, given the Conclave/negotiations going on that were supposed to involve a lot of political manoevering and backstabbing, Geralt receives a quest to obtain blackmail material on some rival king, mage or high-ranking official.

Any other suggestions would be welcome.
