Is the scene where Geralt is shitfaced and Triss pushes he down from the table in the game? I haven't seen it,

The intro, where he mentions the title of the video, is a dead giveaway that this is a promotional thing.

Haha, never seen that video before. Awesome.

I gotta ask though, that finishing move, when Geralt stabs the soldier through the neck from the back, I've personally never seen him use it ONCE in 2 playthroughs. Is it still in the game?

Yes it is. It's one of the most common ones I see once I stun an enemy actually.

I'm still coming across new finishers every now and then - the game must just randomize them pretty heavily so don't worry about it.
