Since day 1 I have experienced what would be best described as texture flickering in The Witcher 2. For instance in the tent to start the the game the wood textures on the floor flicker., Geralts hair flickers, tattoos on NPC's flicker. Also I have experienced massive pop in repeatedly This continues through the game. It has happened on the following setups with all settings maxed:

My old build used from 2012-2017:
Intel 4970k
Nvidia GTX 980
8 GB RAM
SSD
Win 7, and then Win 10

My current build:
Intel 11600k
Nvidia RTX 3080
32 GB RAM
SSD
Win 11

Anyone ran into this and how do I fix this?
