I downloaded all parts for v 4.04 and the installer cannot find part 20 .bin, when I've very clearly got everything downloaded, and in the same folder as the installer exe.

Nevermind, this can be closed. Somehow the wrong setup exe downloaded... Or accidentally gave it a new name somehow...
