I have no idea about computer knowledge but could someone tell me whether my ASUS G750JS 17.3-inch Gaming Notebook (Intel Core i7-4710HQ 2.5GHz, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD, Blu-ray, WLAN, BT, Webcam, Nvidia Graphics, Windows 8.1 could run the witcher 3?

I'm not an expert either. But I could find your notebook has GTX 870M. And if we trust this comparison (though I have no idea whether it can be trusted) your GPU is almost same as GTX 660 which is minimum required for TW3. All other specs look fine to me. The chances are you'll be able to run it.
