let's go from the beginning, I bought the witcher 3 complete edition.
in the description on the purchase page, it indicated that version came with 2 DLC's (hearts of stone & blood and wine).
so i started playing, after some time i finished the main story.
I saw that the dlcs were not available to play
and even though I finished the entire main story, I can't start an NG+
my problems are: DLCs that are not enabled to play and NG+ is not enabled to play (even having finished the whole story of the witcher 3)
