Hey fellow Witchers,

so it just occurred to me that I never went to Oxenfurt to actually check on the Baron's daughter Tamara and I was still able to complete the Baron's Quest. Is finding her an optional thing or did I run into a bug?
I just did the exact same thing and went back to my save when I realized I no longer had that objective in my quest log. I didn't realize telling him I had found his wife would cancel that part.
Yeah I ended up reloading as well, lost a bit of time there because I had wandered off somewhere else in the meantime but oh well. I can definitely confirm that Tamara won't be in Oxenfurt after you tell the Baron about his wife, feels a bit buggy to me, nothing major though.
It happened to me too, and I noticed by looking at the quest log. I reloaded and, after learning and telling him about his daughter but NOT about his wife, I ended the dialogue and went to Oxenfurt. Once done, I returned to him to inform him about Tamara and then I told him about his wife.
I also tried, before telling him about Anna, to return to the orphans' village and see if she had something to say but no one was there.

P.S. However, I was crying during the cutscene with the Botchkin... wonderful job, CDProjekt Red: awesome story writing
