After the 4.01 update my FPS doesn't go over 30 before it did. Vsync is off fps is set to unlimited. Does anybody know how to fix it?

Strange, are you sure ur fps i locked to 30? Change settings to lowest and check again.

FPS lock can be active/unactive in game Video settings, also in Nvidia Control Panel in 3d settings for witcher 3 exe, same in Adrenaline Software if you use AMD GPU. For any GPU fps cap can also be active in rivatuner static server.

I am already using MSI Afterburner it only shows 30 at 1080p even at the lowest settings but if i lower the resolution from 1080p it goes back to 60 but only 30 1080p

It's look like ur monitor refresh rate settings is set to 1080p 30Hz or is something wrong with ur cable connected to monitor. What cable connection ur are using? What is ur PC config? Did you plug in cable directly to GPU card or u have it pluged to motherboard?

There is nothing wrong with the cable or the monitor In all other games i am getting 60 its only on witcher 3. The problem came after the 4.01 update since then every time i open the game its always on 30fps
