It's nice that game saves are easily synced between different PCs. But is there a way to disable the syncing of settings?

Every time I play on a different PC, I have to set everything up again. I have a powerful PC in the games- and office room and an older one near by my couch in the living room. I play on both regularly. But every time I have to readjust all graphics settings because they are stupidly synchronized.
