Apologies for asking and asking, but as we didn't get a strategy guide this time with game on GoG, i just can't figure out some things. I would be really grateful if someone who progressed a bit could bother to tip me in.

Grindstones, what exactly do they do? I pressed "E" on it and said something like: "Swords Enhanced". I didn't notice any change on either sword stats-wise and the durability is still the same as before using it (i know it needs repair kits, though).

Increases damage inflicted by 20%, good for either silver or steel blades.
