It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Those seem to be the language files. Apparently, anything other than English is in one giant package, so (assuming that you are playing it in German, due to the location given in your profile) because you are playing it in German it just downloads that gigantic package with all the non-English languages...

As it stands, the only way around that is playing it in English.
You're probably using GOG Galaxy, right? You may just have to re-download what it wants you to download. If you can find the files that Galaxy pulls, maybe you can run them manually.

I recommend not using Galaxy. It's more trouble than it's worth, unless you're not comfortable navigating your directory trees. If you have a good internet connection (Germany mostly does, I hear) and no big data caps, I'd recommend you open your browser, go to gog.com/account, and download the WItcher3 files manually. Then, you'll have the installers, and you can run it by hand. No Galaxy, no troubles.

If you won't do that and need to use Galaxy, then you probably just have to let it download what it wants

Oops. Guess I was wrong with my previous suggestion. Makes sense.

Funny, though - I have several notice board postings in Polish, playing in English. Guess a few things slipped through the translators ;)

@OneFiercePuppy: I don't think this would help him, as he would still have to download the big language package. GOG just downloads the same stuff that is available on the GOG website...
