What time when Japanese Language data of The Witcher 3 is May 21 in Japan time at GOG.com, Steam and Origin, it's possible to download it, will it be?

The game is out on 21st here in JP.
But before that, the gog version will hit 01 patch on 19th so he's asking about the language and voice-over pack ;)

It's a bit unfair to keep you guys waiting for extra two days. Can't you just use a proxy to get missing .exe on 19th and play offline till 21st?

All this sounds really awful, especially when I'm thinking about prices in Russia. We have all major releases and for very appealing prices. Wouldn't be much surprised if most of Japanese using TPB.
