Today I started W3 and had all the space on the C drive occupied. The game is installed on another SSD. The game allocated 30GB so I searched and found the folder C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA\Streamline and there W3 allocated a total of 60GB. I don't know what the problem is. After that, I launched the game 5 times and it was no longer the case.
