Hey,
So i am destroying some item for lower tier ingredients, unfortunatelly they do not show in the dismanted menu after that what am i missing, is there a bug or what with them ?

An item broken down to it's mid level components (e.g. Steel Plate to Steel Ingot) will be stacked with other items of the same type. If the resulting product of dismantling are the lowest level (e.g. SIlver Ingot to Silver), then it will no longer appear in the "Dismantle (this item)" Tab, but will be present in your inventory and in crafting dialogue.

You get different amounts of items, depending on some (or all) of:
Craftsman level,
How often you have used this craftsman before.
How many components go to make up a crafted item of that type.
