What I found to work, uninstall your newer version of the Microsoft Visual Studio Redistributable installers. You should have C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) & (x86) installed (as of 2021). Remove them and install the files Hickory links too above (found here: https://dlldownloads.com/vcruntime140-dll ).

Hickory's link will take you to the 2013 Redistributable files. GOG needs this version, not the 2015 version.

I'm guessing another game or Windows update will update these packs - so I'll see what happens to GOG once that happens.

Anyway, that's what I did to get GOG installed.

I got the same error while I was launching the game which is just been installed. so google it and there I found a total of 4 Methods to solve in my case msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll both files did not install, so I have to download files.

I have the same problem. I tried to reinstall C++ 2013 redistributable and keeps warning me about those dlls.

Please, could someone tell me where I can download those dlls from microsoft official site and where to copy them?

For anyone still having problems with this . Go to uninstall programs in control panel , Make sure C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) & (x86) are installed. If so Right click on each one and hit repair. After repairing both restart and GOG launcher should work fine.
