I own the GOTY edition of the game on GOG and Nintendo Switch. I previously used the cross-save feature in Witcher 3 several times with great success, to move my save between my laptop and my Switch on the go. But now, after starting the game on Nintendo Switch and signing in I get a "Failed to Sign In to GOG.com" error. My credentials are correct, I'm able to login with the same credentials on my PC. This worked before, but I know the 3.7 patch was released since I last tried to play on my Switch (not sure if this 3.7 patch is related at all). I've tried everything I can think of, including:

*Removed/reinstalled the game on Switch
*Cleared Switch system cache
*Managed GOG cloud saves from my PC to remove all but my most recent save file (I thought my issue could be related to the number of saves in the GOG cloud or the size limit of GOG cloud)
*Tried from two different Internet connections (in case the issue was network-related)

Does anyone own the game on both platforms and is cross-save currently working for you? At this point, I'd love to know if it's working for others. Also looking for any ideas or suggestions on what else I could try in order to get this working. Thanks!

Tried this for the first time today, doesn't work for me. The authentication works for Steam (I don't own the game there), not for gog.com

I have the same. I raised the support ticket on gog.com but they ignored the issue and asked me to create ticket here: support dot cdprojektred dot com slash en slash witcher-3 slash nintendo-switch

I raised it and I'm waiting for the response. I'm just guessing they updated GOG interface or something and forgot that Switch version uses it. Shame on you GOG.

I’ve had the same issue for a few days now and don’t know how to resolve it sadly.Nice to see the Forum discuss it so quickly though I also did all the things you did to no avail but hopefully the issue is resolved quickly by them.

I'm having the same problem. Really frustrating as I had just bought this game to enable to play my 30 hour PC save on the move..

It seems like they fixed the problem. I could connect to GOG from my switch and transfer my save to PC !

I own the GOG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition, which i recived as a free gift some time ago.

I bought the Witcher 3 on Switch this year and wanted to try the Cross Save feature. But i can't upload my save for the GotY-Edition. The game gives me an error and refuses to upload my save. I can upload a save for the Standard Edition but i don't own that version.

Never mind. I startet the GOG version and now it's working...

I was a little bit confused, that in game there is no Cloud Save section but my Switch save is listed now and after that i could sync my Switch saves to the GotY-Edition.
