I've downloaded both the larger and smaller file to install the latest patch to the Witcher 3, but the installer when ran freezes before it completes, and any attempt to interact with the window (Move, close, etc.) will do nothing until closed via task manager. Anyone know a way to get this patch to install?

Try to be more patient... worked for me.
It lookes frozen... but i just went away for 30 minutes and when i came back it was finished.
