Howdy folks,

anyone got problems with Patch 4.01? For me, the game won't load the ground textures but instead gives me water. Looks like Crow's Perch is now right at the coast of Velen ^^

This really needs a hotfix. And soon, pls.

PS.: Why the fragg do you only allow 500kiB pictures???

Update: This only happens to the DirectX12 path of the game. Dx11 looks just fine. Any suggestions?

I usually hate hearing what I am about to say but in the olden days these issues could often be because of outdated drivers, so if you haven't updated for a few months that is an easy thing to try.

Well, I'm using AMDs latest WHQL from May '22. I'll try out the latest beta release from December '22 and update this thread.

Nope: Updating drivers didn't help. I downloaded Halk Hogan's TW3 HD Reworked-Mod but replacing textures didn't do the job either. Dang.

May 22? Ouch, that's old.

Have you tried a fresh install of the game?

Ya, I know. Every release after this is "beta". Not yet. I ran a repair installation over night but did not check it yet. I'll give you an update later.

Got it working again. The repair installation basially did the job: Textures were okay, but some didn't look right so I uninstalled the mod - now the game wouldn't start at all... I ran the repair installation again and now I'm fine :)
