I reinstalled drivers for gpu,redist, visual c++, direct. Still dot't work.
Ofcourse this is version 1.31

Is it possible make a downgrade to 1.21?

Solution for problem Galaxy.dll error in The Witcher 3(all versions) when game crash or won't do anything when trying to start the game:
1. Uninstall program gog.com
2.
a) Run cmd
b) Write this commands line and press enter:
sc delete GalaxyClientService
sc delete GalaxyCommunication
If you done this allright you will see "Succes"
3. Change name file galaxy.dll -> galaxy.dllzz in game folder (D:\Games\The Witcher 3 GOTY\bin\x64
4.Run witcher3.exe from folder D:\Games\The Witcher 3 GOTY\bin\x64 and get fun!
