Hi all,

After having applied New Game+ and playing it right now I discovered that the plot is different from the former run.

Although being not so far in the game there two things to mention:

Letho did not survive from Witcher 2 (although I spared him)
Arian LaVallette must have survived since I'm able to talk to his mother, the baroness LaVallette (originally I killed him in W2)

I would have liked it when starting a New Game+ that I could use the choices I made before again. Unfortunately it is not possible, even not at the very beginning of the game when you are shaved close before meeting the emperor. If anybody knows why CDPR made NG+ with an already fixed story line, please give me a hint..

Regards

For normal/first gameplay and for NG+ we have option to read save files from Witcher 2 or to simulate decisions. You obviously skipped this when starting NG+. My suggestion is to try again but first make manual save of you current gameplay (not quick, not auto).

I surely remember I wasn't given the chance to import a save from W2 when starting the NG+ game. But whatever, now I won't start over again. Besides that, even if there was a chance to import the save game, why there was no option to enter former decisions during the shaving session?

If you didn't get interrogated, you chose not to simulate a W2 game on the start of your game.

Every time I try to run new game it gives me option to simulate choices from Witcher 2 and asks me about NG+. Every time.
